This is probably one of the worst Rally’s locations I’ve ever visited! Every time I’ve been here, they seem to be out of almost everything. As you can see from my photos, the parking lot was covered in trash and debris. I ordered a Deep Sea Double, but, unsurprisingly, they were out of fish—at least that’s what the employee in the picture told me. When I asked if they were closing early, he looked really surprised, like he wasn’t expecting the question and maybe knew I’d caught on to what was going on. According to him, they simply don’t have any fish right now. However, I’m skeptical about that story. Later that night, I ran into a former employee of this location at another restaurant, and...
I stopped by to pick up a delivery order. After waiting at the window for 2-3 minutes, the employee finally opened it and just stared at me in silence. I had to tell her whose order I was there to pick up, and without saying anything, she closed the window again. After several more minutes of watching the employees goofing off instead of preparing food, one of them finally handed me my order. I thanked them, but once again, they closed the window without a word.
The drive-thru took way too long—almost 10 minutes! I even had to back up to let the two cars in front of me get out. On the bright side, the burgers are fantastic, and their fries are unbeatable. They're the best around!
I don’t understand how they stay open late but only accept online and DoorDash orders after 9 pm, while their employees sit outside on the bench and the drive-thru lane is completely empty.

The restaurant was somewhat unclean, and the staff was quite loud and a bit bothersome. Given that it's in North St. Louis City, my expectations were not particularly high.
