Food was very bland and overpriced. It was nearly $20 a plate for fried flounder. The only enjoyable part of the meal were the biscuits.Service was slow even though there weren't a lot of customers there. Many of the servers hung out at the back of the bar and we had to go to the bartender to pay our bill. It was annoying having to wait so long each time we needed something.It's been a while since we've been to a red lobster and after this experience it will be a long time before we consider returning.

Conveniently located at the entrance of Tanger Outlet in Myrtle Beach.This location is a hit or miss in service and Food quality.Service is a little off….seems one waiter for the whole area….no bartender (2:30 3/17/2024). Our waiter prepared the drinks.The atmosphere of the restaurant was off.The main lobsters were tender and juicy. The coleslaw had an unpleasant flavor.The salmon bowl had a lot of sauce and the vegetables were not cooked properly.

We were visiting for spring break, and we just got in town and stopped in around 8:38 pm on a Wednesday night. Waiting a little while for the hostess to come up only to tell us that the kitchen was going close in 15-20 minutes, so we said we'll order quickly as long as we were seated. He left to clean the table but came back shortly and said the kitchen would now close in 5 minutes. We left in frustration and did not eat here.........

Waitress was not attentive at all. We had a party of 16 people. We had to ask other servers for drink refills, condiments and my order was never put in. Everyone else was almost done eating when mine finally came and my food was cold and the baked potato was half cooked. She then expected an 18% tip from everyone. We tip great if the service is great. Book a table now

Only go here if you like microwaved food (anything that can be microwaved is and it’s disgusting) (DO NOT ORDER THE CANNED MICROWAVED CLAM CHOWDER)Also ask for Togo silverware if dining in, they do not properly clean them! Kitchen staff do not apply gloves. Foul. former employee

Red Lobster no longer serves lobster bisque? Not a smart decision! They've also removed several of our favorite dishes from the menu. Plus, the unlimited shrimp promotion didn't mention that it's only available on Mondays now.

I asked for a 1.5 lbs of crabs and only received.5 of crabs. Then my son had to wait for the crabs. My shrimp Alfredo tasted horrible. And then I get a receipt that was in point wrong. Smh never will come here

Our waiter, who was relatively new, did an outstanding job! Landon took his time with us and made my mom's birthday dinner a memorable occasion. We truly enjoyed our time out on that beautiful Sunday evening. Book a table now
