Terrible experience. We use Open Table to get on the list. When we got there my name was in the list. However, whiteout hesitation the gentleman in the receiving area of the restaurant told me and my family (in front of everyone) that he was going to put us at the bottom of the list. Just like that. No explanation. I asked why and he said he didn’t know how Open Table works. When the employee in charge of taking people to their tables came to see what was happening he offer to seat us but again the employee in charge said NO. Our server informed us that the kitchen had messed up the orders for two of our three dishes—not just once, but twice. He offered to take $20 off our bill. However, when our food finally arrived almost an hour later, one plate was warm but not hot, and the other looked like an unappetizing mishmash. When I requested a water refill, it took so long that I almost considered licking the condensation off my glass.
When the bill finally arrived, I noticed that only $10 had been deducted, not the promised $20. Overall, the service was mediocre at best, and the quality of the food has declined to a point where I won’t be returning.
Due to the pandemic and my low immune system, I’ve been avoiding dining in at restaurants. However, we decided to visit this one after the lunch rush, making it less crowded. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the server ensured social distancing from other guests, which I really appreciated. The food was excellent! Our server, Jackie, was attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. I’ll definitely plan my visits carefully in the future. For those who are cautious about exposure, this is a fantastic way to enjoy dining out.
Have good access the wait list was like 30 minutes but this can change the food taste good but the time of waiting for the food. And the waitress even let me wait so much for bring to me the orders for go. We wait almost 1h. Since we get there till the food was on the table. But flavor was good one.

The food was good, but we were seated at the back of the restaurant which was a good 10 degrees colder than the front. I am not cold natured, but it was simply too cold to enjoy our meal. My wife ended up wearing her winter coat the entire time.
The food was lacking. Definitely needs improvement. Biscuits were burnt. Appetizers took a very long time and they were cold. Crsb legs were extremely salty. The cheddar bay shrimp were over cooked with no flavor.
The service was slow and items kept being forgotten. The food was mediocre at best. However, the biscuits were the one highlight. The restaurant is older and not well-maintained. I do not plan on returning.
Tea was terrible, no salad was provided as advertised, the food was not hot, way over priced for the quality. The waitress was very nice and attentive. The appetizer was decent. Would not recommend
