Overall the meal tasted well. The server was very friendly and attentive. I only have two gripes. The upgraded Langostino potatoes flavor was good, but the potatoes were cold and there were only two tiny pieces of meat on it. We didn’t mention it, so its on us. The bar area is dirty. I would expect higher standards in place for a corporate chain. On a friday night, just seems odd also.. I feel like the floors had crumbs everywhere. I didn’t notice any bussers throughout dining service and tables stayed dirty longer than normal. The walls also needed a wipe down near us. It makes me wonder if it’s dirty out here, where else is it dirty and sanitation lacking???
After that, we had to wait over 2 and a half hours for our food, which arrived cold and overly salted! The kitchen has messed up our orders far too many times. I expected at least some kind of acknowledgment of the delays, but we got nothing. I had heard warnings about this place beforehand, and I really should have listened.
The main course took exceptionally long to get at least thirty minutes. One of the shrimp dishes was not what was ordered. The crab imperial was just okay. The salmon was delicious as well as the coconut shrimp. The sangria (berry) was very flavorful.
Just hearing some of the wait staff talk about ... “well if they are going to do that then they should just send me home” Was a little much .... otherwise the service and the food was good .... pricey but good

Our Open Table waitlisting was perfect. We were taken immediately and it was starting to get crowded. Food and Service was very good. Our Server was Excellent!
We had a wonderful dinner at Red Lobster. Our server, Antonio, was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Red Lobster to my friends.
It was so peaceful, clean and very good customer service!! The menu is updated and new! My family and I loved all of our food.
Disappointed w staff, took long to get service. Restaurant could use a DEEP cleaning. Food was mediocre.
