Amazing customer service! The GM Blake went above and beyond for us when our order wasn't delivered through DoorDash. He did his best to rectify the issue and I couldn't be happier with how he handled it. My husband and I had our very first date at a Red Robin and we always turn to it when we need a pick-me-up. Blake, thank you for everything you have done for us. Your dedication reminds us why we love this restaurant so much!
Did completely contactless and it was great! Food was cooked well and packaged very nicely for car travel. Burgers are always good n the onion rings are big, thick, crusty, flavorful n come with a nice, creamy BBQ based sauce. Fried zucchini sticks are addictive. Hahaha. Light, sweet n tasty.
Ordered 3 burgers and customized for every burger “no pink” . Unfortunately, All of them had the raw meat inside, it was disgusting for me, as I’m not a lover of “rare” “medium rare” style. My husband eat half of it but I couldn’t finish mine. Disappointed.
