It's hard to describe a more frustrating service experience! Every aspect of the dining experience was slow and lacked any basic knowledge of restaurant service. Thankfully nothing was wrong with the actual food, but the service from hostess through waitress to bussing staff was clueless. I'm sympathetic to restaurants being severely understaffed, but this wasn't the case. There were plenty of stuff floating around, but zero awareness of their basic requirements. Perfect example of **** poor management not properly training or caring
The service was slow because the restaurant was short-staffed. However, our waitress was fantastic. Unfortunately, the food was only warm when it finally arrived. We ordered extra fries, but they arrived so late that we had already finished our meals. The waitress kindly packed them to go for us. They were out of ice cream, so we couldn't order milkshakes. Additionally, the restrooms needed cleaning. Overall, this wasn't the best experience we've had at RR. I hope our next visit will be better.
Been coming here for 5 years. Our waitress was by far the worst. Idk if she was out to lunch or just too busy talking to her coworkers by the bar/ register area- sides were missing, my food was wrong. Her 3 coworkers had to help her in her section thatonly had three tables dinning in. She took forever to get change when we told her before hand we?re using cash. We?ve always hadgreat service but not this time.
We were disappointed to discover that they didn't have any lemon for our water, and their milkshake machine was out of order, so we couldn't get one. We ordered the vegetable burger, which was pretty good. However, the service was somewhat slow; we had to wait quite a while for both the broccoli and the burger. On the positive side, our waiter was very friendly, making the overall experience acceptable.

They did not have lemon four our water neither did they have any of their milkshakes as their machine was not working. We had the veggie burger and it was decent. Service was a bit slow, had to wait a bit for the brocolli and burger. The waiter whoserved us was very kind, so overall an OK experince.
Red Robin is conveniently located, and we typically stop by at least once a month. However, recently, they haven’t had their complete beer selection available, which has occurred about three times so far.
Our waitress, a young woman with long hair, was fantastic. She was one of the kindest servers I've ever met. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I definitely give it a thumbs up!
Red Robin has always been a favorite of mine! I went there last month, and the service was excellent. My server was friendly and attentive, consistently checking on me during my meal.
