The Red Rooster is a cozy little restaurant with limited on-site parking and indoor seating. The service is usually good, although it can be a bit slow at times, indicating that your meal is being freshly prepared. If you prefer to enjoy your meal outdoors, there are a couple of nearby parks where you can take your food to eat.
The title says it all, I found sharp bones in my overpriced chicken burger. I consider myself fortunate that I discovered it before I swallowed the sharp bone; it could have damaged my throat. We are never going back to this restaurant with overpriced fast food and terrible service.
I have visited this restaurant several times and I really enjoy their Red Rooster roll, which is a spicy chicken roll with added cheese and bacon. It tastes delicious! The location is convenient, close to a bus stop, and the food is prepared quickly. I will definitely be returning.
I go here when I'm having a binge session. The food is always fast and nasty. Chips are hot n fresh - love it!One time, I saw a guy in the kitchen walking around in a dirty singlet cooking chickens. Is this normal?? Hmmm..... I think not. He was in plain view of the customer - me! Book a table now
The food at Red Rooster is amazing. Amazing because it manages to not taste like the food it pretends to be. We had the new schnitzel meal. The schnitzel tasted only of salt and the mashed potato and gravy tasted like no natural food known to human kind.
This is not bad if you are looking for a quick solution to a family meal. The service is good and the BBQ chicken was hot, well cooked and the sides more than acceptable.
We visited Sydney for my nephews 21st at the Ashfield bowling club and had red rooster for dinner as a family. The food was dry and not that great, we were dissapointed
I've been to innumerate red roosters around Australia and this one ranks as one of the best. I've only been through the drive through, but what they do they do bang on. Book a table now
As compared to other burger places I liked the taste at Red Rooster. The shop was clean and well maintained. Now I get my burgers from this place often. Recommended.
