Dinner at 6 people around 8:30 in the week. The aperiod arrives quickly (happily in view of the €3 billed for the child diabollo ... I would have enjoyed it instead of the coca of the child menu). After 1 hour of waiting the dishes finally arrive. but not the water carafe and the bread that I will seek myself even after asking several times. everything is warm, sauce accompanying dishes without taste because cut to cream ( for the foliage) and what to say special potatoes .... just 6/7 small new potatoes that run after drowned in melted butter. we share our discontent with the server from the waiting time and content of the dishes; it tells us that they are overflowed and at the end of servi...
The welcome is friendly. the service, mainly student during the summer is unreprotected, the extras being well surrounded by the fixed staff. the shaded terrace is unfortunately not comfortable given the promise of tables (the least square metre is used to make the space available). The tables are ridiculously small. on the other hand, the menu is very varied and offers all kinds of traditional brewery dishes. the quality and quantity of the dishes are correct. The same applies to the presentation of the dishes. the wine map is not very large but sufficient and the prices are honest. We chose this restaurant for the variety of seafood. We were confusingly shown a table on another outdoor section, and we had to check that it's still the same restaurant. However, we preferred the original location of the restaurant, so asked to be seated there.Food was good and plentiful, we enjoyed our meal. However, we had to asked for spoons which we thought should have been provided as standard for dishes with soup!! In fact, we had to ask twice for the spoons.

tourist trap! very average meal, very doubtful hygiene, but especially, the most disturbing for us, was the attitude of the boss! No sympathy to his young employees! He's not talking to them, just gestures and abogies! bad atmosphere felt when we arrived. warm service from doriane who, I hope, will find work elsewhere with a less ignoble boss!

Visited Troyes on way back to London. Went to this restaurant with regret. Food lacked any form of flavour and the staff did their best to be as poor as possible. The bread and foie gras were good as they did not cook these items! Avoid like the plague; so many other choices to eat.
Wide menu choice and reasonably priced. We sat outside on a lovely evening and received very good service from an english speaking waiter. Interesting and unusual starter of Fois Gras Creme Brulee- try it you will be pleasantly surprised.
