Located in the neighbourhood area, this historic building (built in 1893) looks just like an ordinary house from the outside.I love how they keep the rustic look and highlight the wood-based decor throughout. It gives a homey and comfy feeling. Some of the furnitures are antique and they serve some of the food and drinks on vintage plates and Victorian style tea cups! I started with the coffee and it was great (from Morgans Coffee). As for the dishes, I tried their Nutella French Toast, Buttered Arabian Eggs and Soft Taco.Portions of all dishes were generous and they looked mouth-watering.Nutella French Toast: what an indulgent dish. Everything was spot on and I really loved the espresso masc...

As I had hoped, this was nothing like any brunch dish I’ve ever tried. The toasted Turkish bread and poached eggs were topped with a truly impressive rainbow of herbs, and liberally doused in golden rivulets of spice-infused butter. Yet despite how indulgent this all sounds, it’s actually a surprisingly balanced dish. The cooling daubs of yoghurt were a tangy foil for the richness of the butter and egg yolks, and the combination of sweet pomegranate and fresh mint kept the palate light and vivid. Order this, you won’t regret it.

Long wait time was initially told 10mins, no one gave us an update or offered coffees while we waited, which ended up being an hour... once we got our food and coffee, we could see why.. it’s worth the wait! Everyone is heading here on weekend mornings because the food is amazing the coffee hits the spot. I would happily wait again next time (just don’t do it when you’ve got to stick to a schedule)

I’ve been to this cafe so many times and take lots of different people here and every single one has loved it! Its a very reliable cafe, great food and coffee and great customer service. There is usually always a handful of people waiting for a table but never a terrible line and not too long which is always good! 100% recommend this cafe, one of the best in the inner west for sure!
