The chicken wings were incredibly dried out, as if they had been sitting around for too long, and they tasted terrible. I went for the shrimp fried rice, which turned out to be just steamed rice with shrimp on top—no flavor whatsoever. My husband ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice, and while he’s usually an easygoing eater who rarely complains, he was disappointed this time.
Honestly, I could have made a better meal at home. This experience was simply not good. We ended up throwing our plates in the trash and wasted our money. This is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. I found this place instead of the Chinese place near Rosewood Walmart.This restaurant is definitely an upgrade. They have cheaper prices with good portions, nicer customer service, and in general just nicer people working here. Plus the food is super delicious. Paid around 50-60 for 4 people (we eat a lot) but if you dont get as much extra food as us, its definitely cheaper. Wait time is also reasonable.I love this place and I keep coming back because it's so good. 10/10 recommend.
first, eating is great. but that's not even the best. the lady who leads the place is always so friendly. the 4 times that I have been there, they have either given my family extra things like delicious donuts or water while we have waited. or did something as nice as it brought to my car. I wanted to go in, but the thought was so nice. I think they deserve more recognition, and they're just in a bad place where the street work is going. I recommend checking them and trying the donuts. so good.
My favorite restaurant! I really dislike it when they're closed, haha. I'm absolutely in love with their Tom Yum shrimp soup; you can really taste the care that goes into it. It's not like any other Chinese restaurant in Goldsboro. It’s a fantastic place to dine in or to grab a quick takeout.
