The food was alright. It sure wasn’t worth $16 plus tip. It felt like a $7 meal. They give you a big plate to make you feel as if you got a good portion. It does taste like it was microwaved 5 minutes before. It feels like a bad taqueria than a Italian restaurant. The beverage selection is minimal. Nothing exciting or interesting. The table cover looks like 10 years old. Would I eat here again. Definitely no. I hope y’all fix this restaurant before it fails. Got another year, if its run like this. Parking: Kinda hard to find the entrance to the parking lot
I was expecting to walk into an authentic Italian restaurant based on the advertising on the building but this was more like going to McDonald's you order your food and pay for it at the counter you sit down with a number on your table and this place was run by kids so the service wasn't great it took a while for us to get our food in the food was just okay The bathrooms were disgusting anytime you're in a public restaurant the bathroom should be cleaned every hour regardless there's no reason for the way these were not
I've never had such a positive experience at Rigatoni's before. The food was far from the typical cheap Americanized Italian fare; it truly tasted like high-quality cuisine prepared by a talented chef. It's refreshing to see that Rigatoni's is one of the few restaurants that doesn't hold back on the parmesan cheese, with full dispensers available at the tables—what a wonderful touch! The woman who took our order was friendly and patient, and our food arrived in a timely manner. The water was just fine, too.

We sat ourselves, and headed to bread bar for a variety of breads to eat with our meal. Then we served ourselves our drinks. Within no time our salads came, and then our lunch. Food was great, and came quick. I got two lovely pieces of lemon cake, andchocolate chocolate chip cake. Yum!!! I would definitely eat here again
If you like hospital food. With no flavor whatsoever no seasoning unless you put it on yourself this is a spot for you this is for old people. My steak had no seasoning whatsoever no salt no pepper nothing. The fettuccine chicken alfredo had no flavorwhatsoever The chicken was bland as hell no flavor not even color
