I've visited this restaurant a couple of times before and had a good experience, with enjoyable service. However, my husband and I went back the other night for karaoke night, and we were disappointed. We sat down and waited a long time, but no one came to take our order. I eventually went to the bar to ask if the kitchen was still open, and the staff confirmed it was. I explained that no one had come to our table, and when I pointed out where we were sitting—close to the bar—she seemed surprised, as we had been there for about 15 minutes. I saw this place had good food reviews so I decided to go in for dinner and I was completely let down. Are you kidding me! Green beans from a can, instant mashed potatoes and a frozen fish filet. Food was obviously microwaved and scalding hot. Completely flavorless. It was worse than a frozen TV dinner from a neglectful retirement community! Seriously horrible. I tried to wash it down with their version of a Long Island Iced Tea, never seen one look like mud before, and when I told the server that my food was soo bad that I couldn 't eat it, she said, there 's nothing I can do for you- I told my manager and he said that 's the way it is . The DJ was outsde smoking weed drinking the couple we were with were the ones that ran his show. Please, I can find a better place to be . I do know a man who can do the job. And a Damn good job. We were very disappointed when the night came to an end. Very disappointing you would be paying a DJ that wasn't running his own show . Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have wheelchair accessibility very convenient.The bartender was good. Other customers were great. Enjoyed them. Just keep waiting for the DJ to come back in to start where we left off.
This place is just my style! Everyone was friendly and engaged me in conversation, even though it was my first visit. The food was excellent—not your typical bar fare—so a big shoutout to the bartender and the cook. I also had a great chat with a retired truck driver, and I really enjoyed swapping driving stories with him.
