we all had the scallops for beginners in a creamy sauce, that was very rich and satisfying. for the net had my partner lamming, the only problem was that it was swimming in a lot of sauce and served in a bowl/plate. I had the lasagne., it was really good, a generous portion, the others had a bolognaise and a seafood spaghetti dish, all generous portions. all are finished with pudding and a hot drink. the personal was great and attentive, without being intrusive, the only part is parking or the lack of it, but cannot blame this facility for it.
We really love this place and booked well in advance for a Christmas romantic meal for two requesting a special table for ourselves . On confirming our reservation we were saddened to hear that they could not guarantee our table as against company policy. We...had booked for early in the day and felt that the request would be quite doable but was met with a flat refusal. We would have thought that a restaurant which prides itself on excellent service and attention could have done this or at least told us when we first booked.
Seven of us visited for lunch ordered from the set price two course menu. The food was faultless. Absolutely delicious, hot and generous portions. Our main courses included sea bass, beef strogonoff, penne with salmon penne with chicken asparagus. The starters (one...pate, six prawn) were also tasty. We had no complains about any of the dishes. The service was at a good pace, served by friendly staff. Thanks to all for a truly lovely experience.
Very disappointing, overpriced lunch. Our worst ever Italian restaurant experience, especially as we have eaten there before. We shall not be returning any time soon. The quality and taste of the food was appalling. It tasted like microwaved food, definitely not the beautiful Italian sauces...and flavours. I hope they can sort it as hard times are looming. we had both appetizers that were delicious. hubby then had steak and I had huh, with spa sides and steamed vegetables. I fought to finish mine, as the portions are generous, but sold as it was so delicious. the staff was attentive and the service was fast though they were busy (it was Sunday night). we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely visit again.
The food was outstanding. I have not tasted something so beautiful in a long time! The staff were attentive and helped us pick a wine to our taste, even allowing us to try it. With all the new restaurants opening in Mere Green this is...easily one of the best. The outside is unassuming but now I realise that it is the food that is doing all the talking.
This is by far the best restaurant in Sutton Coldfield. This is now our regular favourite restaurant and never disappoints. The food and service are amazing. Good choice of menu, reasonable prices and we'd highly recommend it. The restaurant is extremely covid safe with tables...well spaced out.
It was some months since we last visited this restaurant but we were welcomed back by the friendly staff Chose a table near a radiator on this cold day Given time to select drinks and food. Food was plentiful and delicious and served hot Certainly...recommend this restaurant

had an amazing meal for my man's birthday. that was delicious. can really recommend the fish dishes. the service was on site, will definitely be back.
