I would give this place zero stars if I could. I've visited Round Dough twice, and both times they made concerning mistakes that compromised my orders. The first visit, I ordered an egg, cheese, and avocado wrap, only to discover large pieces of broken eggshell in my sandwich. Trying to be understanding, I returned a second time, but they messed up all four sandwiches I ordered. When I called to address the issue, the owner was rude and confrontational. I will never return, and I’ve warned everyone I know to stay away. Terrible customer service and careless staff.
I've been coming to this place for years, and their bagels are simply amazing. However, the owner’s attitude leaves much to be desired; he's consistently rude and lacks any people skills. If it weren't for the fantastic bagels, I wouldn't consider returning. It almost feels like you should be grateful for the chance to buy one of his bagels. I know quite a few people in the area who share the same sentiment. Excellent bagels, but the customer service is really disappointing.
I am hesitant to post this review, because Round Dough gets crowded enough as it is, but this place makes the best bagels in ocean county. I drive by 4 other bagel places on my way to Round Dough. Yeah, that good.
It’s okay. Decent sized bagels, but mine was pretty burnt after they toasted it. Pretty hard to find a good bagel around here coming from Hoboken. The search continues…

My husband love this place and Joe's Bagel we live in Belmar and he still decides to go to Point Pleasant for breakfast!!
This is one of the best bagel places I’ve ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic!
