Most rude customer service! My children are autistic and weren’t doing anything wrong just running around and sitting on the seats that were available, obviously they wanted to clear up way before there closing time as kept glaring at my kids and given them looks made a already stressful situation with ASD kids much worse ! Then told my kids to move so they could bleach the floor could have waited a few seconds until we were gone. No compassion my children are 3 and 7 btw. Do better just because a disability isn’t clear visible doesn’t mean it isn’t there. A little smile and helpful words go a long way. Think your staff need training . So for the inconvenience my children caused you for 5 mi...

I had a lovely pot of tea at this restaurant, which was reasonably priced. However, I ordered a cream tea that I had been looking forward to all day, but was left extremely disappointed when it arrived. The scone was large, but unfortunately it was undercooked in the middle. I applied the cream and jam, but the overall experience was a let down. When I asked the server if the scones were made fresh on site, I learned that they were actually made in a factory. This issue needs to be addressed, as nobody wants to bite into a raw scone, especially after waiting so long for it. I was really sad and disappointed by this experience and I hope that the restaurant can improve their scone quality in...

My friends and I decided to grab a bite at this restaurant and ended up also sampling their sausage rolls. We began with the mini rolls, priced at only 60p each, but couldn't resist going back for a couple of full-sized ones. The sausage rolls were fantastic, with a flavorful filling and a crispy pastry. The classic pasty was decent, although it could have used a bit more seasoning. In general, the food was delicious and the pastry was of high quality. While it may not be the absolute best pasty in Cornwall, you won't be let down by the offerings here. The service was exceptional and the prices were fair.

Felt liked I had walked into an old Western movie the way the woman behind the counter looked at us ..I half expected her to say You 're not from around these parts are you I bravely asked her if that 's the only Cornish Pasty left and I think she thought I had said .. I hope you have the worst day of your life the way she looked at me. We then quickly left,as we felt about as welcome as a door handle caught on someone 's sleeve Book a table now

The women working at this bakery thought it was funny to laugh at my 11-year-old sister when a seagull stole her sandwich and made her hand bleed. When I mentioned it to one of the employees, her only response was, "Don't you have seagulls where you're from?" It is completely unacceptable for staff to act this way.

This is a great Pasty shop, with both Eat in and Takeaway options. I ate in at one of the two small tables on the shop. They won Pasty of the year 2019 and I can see why it was delicious. Note: Eating in is more expensive. My £3.70 large pasty became £4.50 unexpectedly.

Stopped off here for a quick bite to eat. I wanted to try something different to the regular pasties. The lady in the shop recommended the Penang pasty which had a red Thai curry filling. I have to say it was a good recommendation, very nice.

When in Cornwall, be sure to pick up one of these delicious cakes to take home. They pair perfectly with butter. Rowe's is the best option, truly fantastic. Book a table now
