My wife and I go to Ruth’s Chris once a year for our birthdays. Unfortunately, this year's experience was disappointing. We were seated near the entrance, where it was cold and drafty, but we didn't speak up about it. Our server was not attentive, and we barely saw them throughout the meal. Different assistants brought out our salad, steaks, and dessert, but we never received bread or were asked if we wanted any. Was seated more than 15 minutes late. If I had been more than 15 minutes late, I would have forfeited the $20/person I had to deposit to make the reservation. Food was good but we felt very rushed at the end of the meal I had to negotiate with my server to eat one more bite of my meal before the service team swept in to package our leftovers and clear our table. Was not offered coffee or desert, had to ask for desert to go. For what we paid for the meal, I would have expected more.
The service and food at this restaurant were outstanding, exceeding all of my expectations. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive to our needs. I will definitely be returning in the future. The only downside was that it was occasionally a bit noisy due to patrons watching a basketball game on TV.
Dinner was great until a large group showed up in the next room that was extremely loud and disrespectful to other diners. Our server was very attentive and the food and drinks were really good. The price for some of the drinks (pomegranate martini made with Smirnoff) were a little extreme though.

Treated extremely well by all staff. Friendly, acknowledged our anniversary, and attentive. Food was what you would expect for the price perfect. Chef and pastry chef are top caliber.
Food was excellent and the service was fantastic. There for husbands birthday and really enjoyed the night!
Great steaks and great service. A little pricey so be prepared. We’ll go back for sure.
