Ryla - Table reservation

arrived with a friend on Saturday night and we decided to eat dinner in the bar, because we wanted to eat about 45 minutes before our reservation. they have accommodated us very nicely. bar staff and all workers were great. the drinks were good and the food was delicious. it was perfect because they brought the dishes to a time that allowed us to enjoy them and drink on our cocktails. it was crowded and a little loud, but I think that's what most people want on a Saturday night.

I like darker restaurants but this was extremely dark. We took out our phones to read the menu. Music was too loud to hear the waiter talking and he was arrogant when we said none of us could hear him and his accent made it worse. He messed up my drink order, said I must have changed my mind, then appoligised and said he was in error.

host, manager and server were all exceptional and welcoming. there was a waiting time for our table, but the manager ensured that we were taking care of and regularly checked how we were waiting. he even sent us free drinks and gloomy.
