It?s been almost a year from yesterday since we visited Salo-Salo, to satisfy our craving for some Crispy Filipino dishes. First, let?s talk about safety in this time of COVID-19. The staff were wearing masks, no gloves, sanitizer bottles are provided and placed around the restaurant, the tables are arranged too close for comfort and a party of six was seated next to our table (good thing we were almost done eating). They do not offer outdoor seating. now the food. We ordered crispy pata, lechon kawali, lumpiang sariwa, and garlic rice, we had buko pandan with ube ice cream for dessert. The crispy pata had crispy skin but the meat was a little dry and was a little pricey for $16.00. The lech...

I tried the Family Mix BBQ platter and it was quite good. Priced around $50, the plate included a variety of skewers and BBQ meats, some tastier than others. The dessert was enjoyable as well—I can’t recall the name, but it featured taro ice cream and fried bananas. The biggest downside to the experience was a kitchen staff member who was shouting obscenities in Spanish along with bubble music coming from the kitchen. I hope management addressed this issue; otherwise, I would recommend this place.
This restaurant is really great. I have only been here for lunch, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is relaxed, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. The only issue I had was with the waitress during my last visit - she seemed annoyed and rushed when taking our order and bringing the check. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she was just having a rough day. Overall, the experience was okay, but the food was excellent!
Tried the Family Mix bbq platter and it was good. The platter was about $50 and came with different types of skewers and bbq meats, some better than others. Salo Salo Grill offers delicious, generous food and is the best nearby. No matter what you choose from the menu, it’s sure to be a fantastic decision. I feel for the hardworking servers and staff who often seem overextended, especially during busy hours. Although I can only offer my support in spirit, I’m rooting for you all.

We have discovered a new favorite spot for amazing Filipino cuisine! The vegetable lumpia is absolutely delicious, and the fried fish is cooked to perfection. The Calamari juice is a must-try. We will definitely be returning for more in the future. Book a table now
The restaurant has gotten better. I'm not sure if there are new owners or changes, but during my last visit, the service was nearly nonexistent. Our order was mixed up, and the food was served cold.
