With all the mixed reviews about Samba I wasn't sure what to expect from this place...but then again that can be said about all restaurants I visit. I’m not sure if it was a staffing issue, but we weren’t greeted for almost min... our drinks Diet Coke and a watermelon margarita took another min. And if you can believe it, the margarita came out first! Our server came by the table just one time, and never returned. From that point on, we only saw food runners. Our meat was way over cooked and dry, to the point of being inedible.. and to be honest we didn’t get a chance to even have it corrected since we had already been there for over an hour by this point and were starving. It was good food, but not $10-$15 meals at all. Way overpriced, and they validated parking but we still had to pay for our parking.
