Afternoon tea booked for 11 (10 adults/1 child) on Saturday 4th June. I arrived 10 minutes early and ordered drink. It took 2 attempts and eventually drinks arrived 35 minutes later. Tea was served, one of my party delayed her tea until later and is still waiting. Sandwiches only came out for 9 adults and 1 child, took awhile for staff to understand our dilemma and action. Drinks ordered, not received and whilst you have plenty of staff they didn't seem to have a direction of what to do. Bill arrived as requested, checked and felt that staff wanted us moved on, if a member of staff wanted us to leave to get table ready for dinner, great, we could have moved to bar (maybe spent more money) bu...
This restaurant is situated right on the coast and is surrounded by several golf courses. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the spa experience was fantastic—I really enjoyed the massage. Be sure to check out the Jigger Inn; it’s a fun spot with delicious food and excellent pints. It’s also conveniently located, making it easy to spend a great time in the city.
We decided to stop by the bar on the fourth floor for a refreshing drink after a long day exploring the city. The staff was friendly and attentive. The views were simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the sea, the beach, and the old town. We didn't have time to stay longer, but we would definitely come back again.
Had a great experience when we stayed. Only hiccups were the length of time it took to be served in the Swilican Loft restaurant, didn’t appear to be staffed correctly, and we had to ask twice for the extra we pre-paid for to be brought to the room when it was supposed to be for arrival.

Amazing experience, walked on 6 of the holes, then into the old course restaurant for a fantastic 3 course meal. Service, food, views whole time there was wonderful. Highly recommended for anyone not just golf fans...
This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the old golf course. The rooms are incredibly quiet and comfortable. I'm very glad I stayed here in memory of my father, a Scottish heir and enthusiastic golfer.
had another afternoon tee here, to the Mother's Day. nice eating, good looking and great staff. but the new winter garden area seemed a bit like a caffe. no white tablecloths as we had in past.
The service was excellent! The food was awesome! I had pan fried sea bass with vegetables and potatoes; excellent!! My dessert, sticky toffee bread
