Excellent Sushi Hibachi Square is a hidden gem tucked away in a corner of the Target parking lot. We had never noticed it until we came across its glowing reviews while searching for a place to eat. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their Hibachi plates, which came with noodles and California rolls. As for us, we absolutely loved the three rolls we tried—Incredible, Ichiban, and the standout of the night, Fire Phoenix. I have a deep appreciation for sushi in general, and the combination of complex flavors, varying textures, and temperatures (warm centers and cool exteriors) in the fresh and vibrant rolls did not disappoint. We can't wait to visit again!
Best hibachi around lately, just be aware they have a lot of birthday parties so the lights will occasionally go dim and they'll start playing birthday music and all that. If you can get past that the food is great, a decent value among hibachi restaurants, and very generous proportions, especially with the fried rice.
I love this place! Tonight we tried the sashimi for two as well as the hibachi filet mignon. We also ordered a sake bottle. Absolutely delicious and food was presented to perfection. This is my go-to sushi spot( ALWAYS FRESH!! , they have so much to offer! Service always 10/10!! Will always be a returning costumer.
The sushi was not fresh, likely due to being overly frozen or refrigerated. The lobster and crab roll was unappealing and did not match the way it was advertised. The higher price did not correspond to the quality of the food or the communication between the waitress and the chef.

The food is incredibly delicious, and the portions are generous. The chef provides exceptional service and puts on a show while cooking right in front of you. The atmosphere is lovely, and the venue is spacious with comfortable facilities.
The food was just okay, and the service was hardly noticeable. It's a typical suburban Japanese restaurant that lacks authenticity and is operated by a Chinese team. The prices are also a bit on the high side.
The chef cooking for us was very funny. Food was delicious except that by the time he finishes cooking all our food is cold. But overall a good experience to have.
