The best fillet there can be. We stood in front of the restaurant Savarin in Bad Dürkheim yesterday. The panels attached to outside walls have awakened our curiosity. The window benches, full of certificates, made a lot of sense. We are very friendly, accommodating and brought to a table covered with tablecloths and fabric napkins made of pure silk, crystal glass, orchid, silver cutlery and candle. A covered table like the fairytale country. We were presented with a large plate full of noble fish from sole to Languste. We chose 4x for the Bisonfilet. For this we have ordered a mix of seedlings, herbs, oyster mushrooms, truffles, rose roots, and ginseng. We were really done and speechless how...
Our first experience with Ayurveda food and organic quality. Exciting, tasteful new and simply delicious! Large and friendly owners with a valuable philosophy. If you are looking for the other food far from the Palatinate cuisine, this is definitely right! Thanks for the great food and the friendly, attentive service.

Wonderful food and incredibly nice hosts! Only in summer in a beautiful ambience!...and with some luck also with wonderful live music. Like a holiday day!
