We were quite disappointed with this restaurant considering it had been recommended to us. I booked early in the day, but we were seated out the back which lacked atmosphere and was a bit cold. The front was much cosier and had a log fire. The food was average and lacked flavour. The garlic and chilli prawns seemed to have no chilli. All 5 dishes we chose came out at once which meant some became cold. My partner wanted dessert, but we didn’t see any wait staff once our first meals were delivered. Overall, I had a delightful dinner experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score, while the service and atmosphere also contributed positively to the night. Although finding parking was a bit tricky, there is free street parking available nearby.
