I don’t know what has happened to this place, but I haven’t visited the mall in a while and decided to go with my wife and kids today. The staff was unprofessional and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to greet me. The smell of marijuana was strong, and the food was incredibly dry. When I approached the register, the cashier was rude and seemed more interested in chatting with other employees than assisting customers. The entire experience was unprofessional, and the food tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours.

Be sure to say hi to Victor, the general manager, and his fantastic staff. They went the extra mile to make us a special vegetarian Stromboli with just cheese and a touch of pizza sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! the pizza isn't the same size it used to be since the summer and the crust IS TOO THICK now ...WHOEVER IS MAKING THE DOUGH AT MING AVE LOCATION ?????? and my pizza wasn't heated up enough...I thought maybe because they were busy but no it was my second time coming NO EXCUSE ....and the staff isn't too welcoming to customers ...like the old staff...and old owner .
The female employee who assisted us was incredibly rude and dismissive, despite our polite demeanor. She treated our food roughly and seemed more focused on chatting with her friends than attending to customers. We arrived at 1:20 PM, and the place was not busy, so there was no reason for the lack of service. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience.

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we visited this delicious place which friends told us about. We passed a lovely time there with superb meal and an experienced crew and a distinguished cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly come back very soon. We highly recommend.
The pizza at Sbarro was incredibly satisfying and hearty. I’ll definitely return with my coworkers. Be sure to arrive hungry, as the portions are quite generous. It brings back memories of a restaurant I loved in Houston.
