THE BEST DELICATESSEN IN NEW YORK. Perhaps even the BEST on the ENTIRE EAST COAST. I grew up enjoying meals here and have tried nearly everything on the menu. Everything is incredible! This deli and its chicken cutlets set the standard by which I judge all others. This place is truly UNDERRATED. I'll always be a fan of Mac and Cheese on Tuesdays and Thursdays (please let me know if this has changed). I can't wait to return to my hometown and enjoy a meal here again. I wish I could give you a million stars!

I absolutely love Scappy's! It's owned and operated by a husband-and-wife duo who have been long-time residents of Dobbs. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but you simply must try their mac and cheese and their meatballs, which are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They also serve some of the rarest roast beef I've ever encountered at a deli, and it's cooked in-house. Everything is homemade and fresh. Don't worry if you see a long line; it moves quickly!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I had one of the best sandwiches of my life here. The Italian combo wedge was absolutely incredible. The service was fantastic as well. I can't wait to come back again and again!

It's a very popular spot during lunchtime and tends to get quite crowded. They offer excellent and consistently good Italian deli sandwiches and dishes. Book a table now
