Restaurant found at the last minute, intimate, not too many people in view of the square but it's perfect if you don't want to be in the noise. Suggestion of the day more available, despite all the chef to another dish that is not on the map. This is very pleasant to feel someone who is innovating to compensate, without necessarily just being content with the map although the dishes are appetizing as well, it is minimal certe but at least no bad surprise. Very correct price for Ribeauvillé compared to other restaurants. Redo on occasion, local beer and homemade cocktail as well as homemade pie, all shaved.
