On the Sunday before Christmas, Korey/Corey provided us with exceptional service that truly stood out. First, I appreciated how he responsibly coughed into his arm, demonstrating good hygiene practices. We were a group of six, and each of us wanted to make some modifications to our orders. Instead of the usual responses like, “we can’t do that” or “this is what’s on the menu,” he graciously said, “sure, we can do that” to every single request. Well I have always loved the food choices but haven?t been in lately. Saw several not so good reviews but had an opportunity to give it try anyway. We worked outside until almost dark but got there at 8:15pm (hours are posted OPEN til 10pm) EPIC FAIL! Didn?t get to eat anything. We walked in and were told we are only open for drive thru. Nothing posted, no indication of why. So I asked why it was not posted or anything. Got told ?sorry we are closing a little early still?. REALLY!! An hour and 45 minutes is NOT a little early. Sad, it takes little effort to update online so people don?t waste time. New management or something?
Schlotzskys is by far my favorite sandwich shop. Their sourdough bread and deluxe original sandwiches are awesome!! I had to make sure I got one while I was in town. Unfortunately there is not one for more than an hour away from my town. However, I was slightly disappointed in the service at this location. The cashier was very friendly and did a great job but there was 3 people in the store and it took an extraordinary amount of time to make sandwiche and was thrown together and barely wrapped. Since I was taking mine to go that's a big deal.
The food at Schlotzsky's was fantastic, but the drive-thru wait time was nearly 30 minutes. I recommend checking out the menu online and placing your order ahead to skip the long wait.

The sandwiches were truly fantastic. They were so beautifully presented that they seemed like they belonged in a magazine, and they tasted even better than they appeared!
Food is always good but not ideal for lunch if you’re on a schedule. Ordered at 11:19, sandwich was done at 11:44. 25 minutes for 1 sandwich.
I really loved the calzones. Bring back the calzones! The rest of the food is really good though.
Got a large combo. As usual was hot and tasty for an on the road meal.
