Got 2 Smokehouse double burgers 2 Fries and 2 Large drink. Food was good 2 nice thick beef patties cheese bacon, cherry pepper relish and special sauce. Service was good as well. Even though they were short staffed the workers did a great job ???? Theprice is a bit ridiculous around 40 bux. Burgers are not too overpriced but 4 bux for a reg size fry or 4 bux for a large softdrink with no refills is insane. Five guys fries are 5 bux but twice the size and so much better IMO. I rushed back, living only about 10 minutes away, and upon arrival, I asked for a complete remake of my order. Unfortunately, the staff member I dealt with was unhelpful and quite rude. I didn’t want to have to deal with her negativity; all I wanted was what I had paid for. When she finally handed over my corrected order, her attitude hadn't improved.

I frequently encounter issues when ordering from this location on Route 59. The young woman at the counter appeared to intentionally ignore my attempts to place an order, leaving me no choice but to use the kiosk myself. Isn’t providing good customer service part of your job? It's disappointing that you seem reluctant to embrace your responsibilities. I won’t be coming back to this location. I hope you understand that your attitude may be pushing customers away, and when the business suffers, so do you. Best of luck moving forward.

I sampled the spicy shack sauce, and I have to say, it sacrifices the traditional shack sauce flavor for an intense heat. The spice level is enjoyable, similar to UTZ Red Hot chips. The food quality is outstanding, but the price increase is quite startling—over $15 for a shack burger with bacon and cheese fries! Previously, that same meal cost between $11 and $12. A little tip: ask for your cheese on the side! No one likes soggy fries, unless that’s your thing, in which case, go for it!
With so many burger options available nowadays, restaurants really need to either elevate their quality or offer better value to differentiate themselves. I'm not convinced that the quality here is substantially better than what you would get at a diner, though it is certainly better than McDonald's.
They could improve by offering hand-cut fries and some value meal options. Overall, I wasn't very impressed—it doesn't quite measure up to Fuddruckers.

This Shake Shack location far surpassed my expectations. The food was fantastic, though it was a bit on the expensive side. The deep-fried cheese-stuffed mushroom burger was, as always, incredible. I also sampled their seasonal fries, which were tasty, but I think I’ll go with the classic fries and regular ketchup next time.

During our 3-hour journey, we were in need of a quick meal and decided to stop here. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly to our liking. The staff was friendly and seemed to be putting in a lot of effort. Thank you for taking care of our dinner this evening!
Worst shake shack I?ve ever been to. Burger was so greasy and burnt. Bun was soggy. Beer can was filthy. Cheese on cheese fries was hardening and not hot and so much was on the fries you couldn?t pick them up and it turned into a mush. Threw most of thefood out.
