The cake is incredibly light, complemented by a rich and flavorful cream. While the flavors are somewhat subtle, they are easy on the stomach. There is a wonderful variety of cakes to choose from, all of which are excellent. The parking situation is quite cramped, but we usually opt for pickup, so it doesn't bother us too much. The staff is friendly and accommodating. You are our top choice for birthday cakes for the family, and we visit about eight times a year just for those, not to mention other purchases. It's a must-visit for anyone, and the prices are reasonable, especially with a convenient take-out box.
This is a lovely Asian bakery located in Annandale. They have a wide selection of coffee and baked goods, including breads, buns, croissants, Asian pound cakes, and stunning cream cakes. We purchased a mango cream cake for a family birthday, and it looks absolutely fantastic; I can't wait to taste it! We also sampled their Bingsoo, which is Korean shaved ice topped with ice cream and various toppings. We chose the Hawaiian and coffee Bingsoo. While they were decent, I must say we prefer the Snocream across the street.
I have been a regular customer of Shilla Bakery for many years, and their baked goods have always been consistent—until now. I’ve ordered cakes from their menu many times, but the last cake I received was not what I expected. It was overloaded with whipped cream and had very little cake inside, making it feel like they cut back on their ingredients. I'm really disappointed; this isn’t the same Shilla Bakery I once knew.
We purchased a roll cake and cream bread. The cake did not have a sponge texture and the cream in the roll cake was very stiff. The cream in the cream bread was greasy. Both items were excessively sweet. It seems they don’t use real whipping cream. The cream was quite disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

The quality of their baked goods is excellent. I really enjoyed the mocha buttery cream cake, although there was a bit more cream than cake, but the flavor was still satisfactory. I also tried their bubble tea, which was nice, but not outstanding. They offer a wide variety of baked products as well.
The cake was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying it! Their mango mousse cake does contain gelatin, which is important for customers to be aware of. It would be beneficial if they clearly labeled which items are halal for Muslims and which contain animal byproducts for vegans.
Bubbles weren't really chewy but the tea itself was good. Mocha cake was too much cream but fresh cream cake was good. They didn't have many types of bread also the cashier didn't know how she can place an order i think she was under the training. Otherwise it was overall okay experience.
We bought roll cake and cream bread. The cake is not sponge at all and the cream in the roll cake is very hard. The cream in the cream bread is greasy. Both are too sweet. We don?t think they use whipping cream. The cream is soooo bad. Will never comeagain.

A great bakery for all kinds of sweets. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the place for you. Their stuff is just delicious. They have all sorts of cakes, pies and bread. They even have a cafe and smoothies corner for you. A great place.
Update: I returned and enjoyed an incredible croissant filled with strawberry pastry cream, and it was absolutely amazing! Thank you for the delightful treats!
