This location is terrible, the employees are unprofessional and basically robbing the customer. My order of two sandwiches and a salad was taken by Caesar. I received my order and when I arrived at home one of the sandwiches was just bread. I called and a young kind lady told me to come in and they would make me a new one. I arrived about and hour later and when being attended by Caesar and the young lady, Caesar immediately put his head down and walked away as if he knew what had been done. An older middle aged lady proceeded to asking the young lady what the order was in Spanish. She responded with a sandwich with chipotle and pecans in Spanish. I usually go to siempre natural at Trenton but I was running errands in Pharr. Everything was fine until the cashier made an unnecessary comment at the end of our order. She seemed annoyed and loudly sighed and said AY CHAMACAS to my sister and I. I feel that was unnecessary and rude comment to make. Especieally when we had no idea what we did so wrong. The croissant was hard but I still ate it. The receipt says the cashier was Deyanira H I also read in other reviews i 'm not the only one that who has received unneccesary comments like this.
The food is good and fresh. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. There is a lot to choose. And what I like most is the fresh water available. Yummy. They have fast service since most salads and soups, but it can be packed so it could be a line. Others have good space for a quick bite.
The quality and value of this restaurant have declined. The salad I ordered was unappetizing to look at. The supervisor on duty did not do a good job of trying to rectify the situation. This was my first negative experience, and I have previously had better visits here.

The food is just amazing. Good portion and leaves you satisfied and full but in a good way. I am obsessed with the salad bar and their cilantro ranch. Best salad ever for me. Also loved that it didn't take long to get my food.

The floor is always sticky, but the service is quickly so no big complaints .. It's not like I'm eating on the floor.
