I've been wanting to try this food truck for a long time, so I was very tempted when I saw them at my kids' elementary school. I ordered the lbc fries. They are loaded chicken bacon ranch fries topped with shredded cheese and bacon. When I finally sat down to eat them, they looked a bit off, I noticed right away that there was no shredded cheese. I decided to shrug it off, even though I loooove cheese. (it's literally my Yelp profile tagline. As I was eating, I realized there was no bacon either! Now, I will admit, the fries and ranch did taste very good, the chicken... it was ok, but for 13.20, I feel a little cheated. Oh well, I can't say I didn't give em a try...
Had a few selections of food trucks at the Birmingham Zoo October Fest, decided to try Simones stuffed grilled cheese and buffalo chicken egg rolls. The guy at the window lured my wife in with temptations of grilled cheese, at this point I knew it was too late, I gave in. Both the grilled cheese and egg rolls were bussin bussin on God on God. Feel like a fat piece of garbage after eating but that 's on me, I should of stopped, but I couldn 't, the food kept whispering to me eat me so I did. 10/10 did not disappoint. Also, didn 't taste like feet.
We went to Rails Ales in Leeds to try Simones Kitchen, I 'm a huge food truck follower. Well, it was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Cajun Trio Pasta, The LBC Fries, Buffalo Egg Rolls... it just kept getting better better. Waited less than 10 minutes, we WILL be back. 100% amazing! Thx so much! ?
Today, I visited Simone’s Food Truck at Brookwood Hospital in Homewood and tried the Cajun Pasta Trio. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend giving it a try.
