My experience at Morning Time on Thursday, May 20, was disappointing. There was no greeting when I walked in, and I stood there for a minute without anyone acknowledging me. Both the male and female employees seemed unmotivated. I'm not sure if they were having a bad day, but I really hope they can find some motivation. Energy is essential, especially when it comes to the people preparing our food!
They took over 15 minutes longer than what they said they said they would with my curbside order. When I called to inquire the status of it, the man just hung the phone up on me mid conversation. Extremely rude! That is not how you treat a customer.
Ordered online. Waited like 30 mins in the store. They didn’t get my order right and the actual smoothies I finally received were bad. Staff seemed flustered even though there were not many customers. This particular crew needed better management.
Staff is awful everytime I have came in here. Slow as hell. Other smoothies are made before others after ordering. I don’t recommend this location at all Book a table now
Clean store, nice staff, but the location is strange. I totally missed the parking lot the first time looking for it.
