A few days ago, we ordered cheeseburgers from Sneaky Pete's at the gas station, and they were precooked, dry, and completely inedible. When we returned today, I asked the staff member for freshly grilled burgers. Unfortunately, she never put them on the grill. I went to check and found that she was using precooked meat—who knows how old it was—but she insisted it was fresh. Since it was still early, I knew they hadn't made any burgers that day. She refused to cook fresh ones for us again, so we ended up with the same dry, overcooked meat. We also ordered two servings of fries but only received one. I think I’m done wasting my money at this place.
The service was very slow. I was in a hurry and expected to get a hotdog quickly, but it took 27 minutes to receive my to-go order, so I ended up leaving. On top of the long wait, the hotdogs were overcooked and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while—like rubber wrapped in leather. This location is only two minutes from my workplace and is the most convenient fast food option nearby, but I still won’t be returning. Over the past few years, this place has really gone downhill.
The hot dog was not impressive. The bun was all crushed and it was not all beef as I had hoped. In their defense though, I was in line with a regular customer who always gets the hor dog. So they liked them apparently but I did not. Maybe their burgers are better.
The music wasn't great. I ordered the standard Sneaky Pete with chili, but my request seemed to be misunderstood. Instead of the usual paper holder, they served the hot dog in an envelope, which felt pretty strange. Overall, it was quite an unsettling experience.

Very slow service. Lady who waited on me was rude. Erica was her name and she was laughing and speaking Spanish to her co workers. Ignored me. Food was sloppy, thrown together hot dogs. No mask on any employees that worked in Sneaky PETE'S, I will not go back.
The toppings were on the lighter side. I ordered a regular Sneaky Pete with chili, but they didn't seem to get my order right. Additionally, the hot dog was served wrapped instead of in the usual paper holder, which made it quite messy.
I was disappointed with this location. I'm a big fan of Sneaky Pete's, but they got my order wrong here, and the coleslaw had an odd flavor. I think I’ll be sticking to other locations in the future.
The customer service could definitely be better, and my hot dog had an off-putting metallic flavor, probably because of the sauerkraut.
