As avid milkshake lovers, we were eager to visit Sonic to try their famous shakes. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. While the young woman at the counter was friendly, a staff member in the back made some rude comments about my order. When I attempted to reorder, I received yet another disrespectful remark from that employee. I requested to speak with a manager, but instead, a young man came out and insisted he hadn’t heard any inappropriate comments. After this experience, I have no plans to return to this location. Unfortunately I decided not to take pictures, the food was not worth seeing anyway. First time back to Sonic in over 10 years. I had fond memories of this location and their quality food. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. The amount paid for the food (see attached photo) was way higher than the quality and care put into making the meal. I was highly disappointed. Both the Chili Cheese Hot Dog and Burger were cold. Poor flavor on both. The young lady who took my order and payment was very nice, polite and pretty courteous. A+ for her, F for the food. I don't know if this was just an off night or the usual for the cook. Hopefully the former. I, however, will not be back to find out.
I generally am happy and love Sonic. I have not been very pleased with using their app. And yesterday I made an order with several burgers that I removed the cheese from them. I did not realize before that they do not have burgers without cheese. If you remove the cheese you are still charged for it. I do not feel that this is a good business practice. I have never had an issue with my service and I know that it was a rather large order but I felt it was a long time to take to get my order to me that I got to the point where I was going to call and ask where my food was. As the screen had already closed out.
It's been a long time since I was in some Sonic restaurants. I forgot how easy it was to order. Never came out of the vehicle and the service was very fast. And the food was perfect. I like the beats especially with the little nerds in it. I have to go back and order some of the other foods. There were so many things I wanted to try, but I couldn't order everything in just one visit. But this Sonic restaurant had a very good service and the food was perfect. No complaints from me.

First visit 12/16/21 time food was adequate but don't feel it's a good value. Two people hotdogs, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and chicken bites $27 wait time 45 minutes_ordered on app. Second visit 2/3/22 Very short staffed and popular as most stations were filled as well as drive thru. Took an hour to get our order. Ordered from app. Food was barely warm. Two burgers, onion rings mozzarella sticks. $26. Better food and value at other fast food places. We won't be back.
This was our first visit to a Sonic, and I'm not sure if it was just this location or the entire chain. Our order took an incredibly long time to arrive. The burgers, chili dogs, and onion rings were all cold and quite bland. The only thing that was good were the fries. We expected the food to be better and served hot, so we were very disappointed.
Good food good service their desserts are delicious? The only downside is this place does not offer free drink refills but otherwise pretty good? Paola was our server she was so cute and sweet we enjoyed her service and our time eating here!
Sonic has always been one of my favorite restaurants. However, it can be quite frustrating to travel such a distance to get to the nearest location. I really wish they would open one in St. Pete!

Sat in the drive through for about 35-40 minutes just to be served cold food. Then on top of that the fries were only filled halfway. I will never spend money here again!!!!
The food is incredibly tasty, particularly the Sonic Blasts! That's really all I need to say about it!
