Came here first time in a long time. Was not happy at all spent over $50. The orange chicken was hard and over cooked. The shrimp toast was burnt to a crisp and beyond. I called to see if they could send over a new order as we are only about three miles away.The woman on the phone tells me that the shrimp toast is not burnt but made that way to make sure the inside is cooked. And would not be doing anything. I am in a wheelchair and my girlfriend is visually impaired. She was at church so I made my way to the restaurant and when the woman saw the burnt toast she had offered to give me a new order. I guess with my twenty five years of restaurant and hotel cooking with a degree in Culinary Art...
First time ordering from here and the last time ordering from here. Placed a big order of 2 orders of shrimp toast and shrimp with lobster sauce combo and other things. Shrimp with lobster sauce should be called shrimp with water sauce. Was so runny we threw it out. They gave us 1 little container of duck sauce for everything. Not even enough for 1 egg rollSpent $50.00 for this foodWas horribleWill never order from here again
We just ordered broccoli chicken, broccoli beef and broccoli pork with some fried rice and noodles. Every bite of broccoli had sand grain. Called the restaurant the lady who answered phone had an audacity to say we were lying and food was perfect. We never had such bad experience from any restaurant. Please do no buy food from there as you cannot trust with extremely poor customer service.
If I could give lest then that it would be no star. Driving distance from the Star Kitchen to my place was 6min I received my order after more then hour. (It was two chicken lo main)Didn't get wat I want. I wasn't lunch specificall but the large portion which I didn't want. Never order again from that place

I placed an order at 6:30 PM and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. To be cautious, I arrived after 40 minutes, only to find that none of my 5 dishes were ready. It then took an additional 30 minutes, making a total wait time of 70 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 30.
The restaurant has changed owners and cooks, and unfortunately, the food lacks flavor now. They seem to skimp on the chicken and shrimp, and the BBQ ribs are consistently burnt. I think I’ll be looking for a new place; it really has gone downhill.
Sesame chicken was completely overcooked. Was tiny pieces of over breaded dark meat chicken which was inedible. Fried rice was undercooked and hard. Would not go again.
Always fresh and fast delivery. Food is good, wontons and chili sauce is a new edition to our regular order. Really nice family that runs the joint.

The best takeout in our neighborhood! I haven't been a fan of any other places; Star Kitchen has been my go-to for the last 20 years.
Excellent for take out. Boneless chicken dish is outstanding. Fair prices.
