This is the worst Starbucks in Harford County. The customer service is terrible and does a disservice to the Starbucks brand. I ordered a customized coffee that isn’t on the menu (just cream, no sugar), but I was told they could only make something "similar" and couldn't fulfill my request since it's not a standard menu item. When I mentioned that other Starbucks locations have no issue customizing my drink, the manager was rude and clearly needs proper training in customer service. If you prefer your drinks a certain way, I recommend staying away from this location. They seem unwilling to put in the effort for their customers.
I’m not sure what the issue is at this location. Even with just one other customer, it took forever to get my drink. The last time I visited, the manager, who had just taken my order, was busy chatting with another customer about firing someone. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my drink while she wandered around, cleaning instead of helping the team with the drive-thru and mobile orders. Eventually, she noticed me and made my drink, but I can’t understand why she didn’t assist sooner or if she simply forgot about my order while discussing staffing issues. I may never know.
I'm currently at Starbucks writing this review using their Wi-Fi. I've never felt compelled to write a review before, but the barista here was rude and walked away instead of taking my order at the register. She seemed more focused on something other than her job. I overheard her say, "I don't have time for this," and I hope that wasn't directed at me. Honestly, she might have been better off staying home instead of coming to work. The almond drink I had was fantastic—truly spectacular—but the attitude I encountered makes me hesitant to return.
Friendly staff and great service. It's not usually too crowded, except for the drive-thru, which I've never used due to the long lines. Occasionally, they forget to activate their 'order ahead' service, so if you don’t see it, that’s likely the reason.

Overall, the service is usually good; however, if you order a drink without foam, there's a high chance your request will be misunderstood. I've frequently had to ask for my drink to be made again.
I'm really frustrated with spending $7 on a coffee drink only to have it consistently made incorrectly. It's usually weak and often missing ingredients.
Starbucks consistently delivers excellent quality. I especially enjoy their cold tea drinks from the menu. You should definitely give them a try!
When I arrived, they didn't have any freshly brewed coffee available. I placed my order and waited for about 10 minutes.
