I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I requested a correction for an incorrect order, the staff member was unhelpful and insisted that everything was made correctly, even though several items were wrong. To make matters worse, she spoke with her supervisor in a foreign language while laughing, which felt disrespectful. Overall, this was by far the worst Starbucks I've encountered in the area, and the customer service was equally subpar.
Some employees deliver poor customer service, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant. I can't recommend spending your time here. The staff pretends to be friendly when the manager is present, but they become abrupt and unwelcoming when he’s not around. I strongly suggest against applying to this location, as the team dynamics aren’t supportive or friendly to new employees. It's very cliquish, and there’s hardly any training offered for newcomers.
This is a charming little Starbucks located inside the Ramada. Despite its small size, it has everything we needed. The barista was friendly and attentive; even while working by himself, he made sure to fully assist each customer before moving on to the next. He also crafted some incredibly delicious hot beverages! The service and the atmosphere were excellent. I would definitely come back.

Staff aren't welcoming and coffee wasn't hot. They also don't care if you get less coffee. Ive had many bad experiences here. Hire staff who are kind, enthusiastic and helpful.
