I visit this Starbucks maybe once per month. It's in a convenient spot but parking and drive-thru are not very practical. One star deducted for that. I don't order anything out of the ordinary or very complicated, so my drink and pastry orders are usually correct. Today I ordered a very simple drink inside and waited patiently because they were busy. But after 10 minutes my name hadn't been called and I find out they accidentally gave it away at the drive-thru. No apology for the mistake, just informed me they'd make it again. I wonder if they were trained to respond this way or if these employees just don't care. Either way, I don't think I will come back to this location for a while.
I ordered a Cappuccino, it's supposed to have a shot of espresso and the other half milk. Tell me how after swirling my drink, the foam completely dissolves and there is zero milk in my drink? I didn't even drink from it. When ordering maybe ask they make sure to add hot milk prior to adding the froth. I am soo disappointed and livid because I informed them I wanted 2 oz of milk which it doesn't. So idk how to get them to actually put milk on the cappuccino. See pictures attached that is right after I swirled the cup.
Edgar was the cashier, I ordered matcha without ice, he wanted to charge almost a dollar for extra milk instead of ice or to give a drink with empty room. I might sound cheap(just a principle), but it sounds way cheaper for Starbucks to do this, never heard of it in other cafes, I pay for price to get a full drink, I just didn’t want water in my matcha, why would I. I’m super neutral and not picky, but this was so cheap to do, bad experience but you don’t care right, you are all already used to it
Every time I come to this location to order a drink, they always claim to be out of syrup. Today, when I tried to order the new apple crisp macchiato, they said they didn't have it. I had a similar experience in the past when I tried to order the ice brown sugar shaken espresso. Despite it being on the menu each time I visit, they always claim to not have it in stock. I hate this place. The service is absolutely terrible.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. It seems like the employees are not happy to be working here. They throw your food at you instead of handing it to you, and there is no customer service at all. That's why I used up all my points today. Goodbye Starbucks, hello mom and pop coffee shop!
I must be getting old, but to me, the music is too loud. It's difficult to carry on a conversation. Or maybe I just prefer coffee places where I can enjoy my coffee and chat with some friends. This observation is not location-specific but typical of Starbucks, at least in CA.
Worst Starbucks ever, they made me go back again and again for little stuff like paying a $0.50 difference when they kept getting my order wrong again and again with attitude at the window and at the counter the service is terrible here!

This Starbucks location is my favorite! The service is always fast and pleasant, with great employees. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks.
