When I arrived, I was not greeted with a hello, and when I was about to place an order for my coffee the man from the window had to get me because the other two in the back I guess we’re busy but one of the people other than the man that was at the window could’ve took my order so he wouldn’t have to get out the window and then once I and then once I got The woman’s gonna say the sticker was rubbed off and it clearly wasn’t. I love frappés at this location. They make them quickly and seem to have the recipe for delicious drinks on lockdown. I usually get the double chocolate chip frappe, or vanilla bean. Highly recommend this location as it's also conveniently located between all the shopping centers around Arlington. Stopped at drive through for a drink they gave me wrong order said they will re make it which was a iced drink originally they gave me a hot one so they poured the hot drink in ice instead of re making it it tasted gross went back to let them know it didn’t taste right then they made one and it was to watery no apologies very not customer service friendly very upset! Waited 30 min for an order that was already placed and when I finally asked Jules to check the MANY mobile orders that was stacked and sitting by the window she acted as if i was bothering her telling me they only had 1 bar and when another person asked she ensured them that their order was up next with a very nice smile.
