During my recent visit to the Starbucks on campus, I encountered a few hiccups that I'd like to share. As a fellow student, I understand the learning curve that comes with any job, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.While I was eager to try the pink drink, unfortunately, it wasn't available when I ordered, and there were no other strawberry-flavored options in stock. In light of the espresso troubles, I decided to try cold brew drinks instead. On one occasion, I did enjoy a satisfying Pistachio Cream Cold Brew. However, during my next visit, the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew I received was almost entirely cream.
I can’t shake the feeling that the staff might be cutting corners and making unexpected modifications to orders as they go. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this location to others, and I plan to steer clear of it myself.

Food was terrible as the order was wrong service was just as bad as it took about 20-25 minutes to get a cup of coffee while the workers flirted in the back, the one with the receding hairline told me there was nothing they could do about the coffee when all they had to do was add sugar and said they could remake it which i wasn't going to do as it would take another 20-25 minutes. If i could give them a zero i would.
The service is quite slow when it comes to taking orders and preparing them. While I understand delays during busy times, it's frustrating that even during quieter periods, they still take a long time to prepare a simple drink. Today, I ordered a coffee, and it turned out to be mostly ice, with only a couple of sips of actual coffee – you can see it in the picture.
Literally the worst Starbucks experience in the whole Bay Area. The workers claim they can’t do frappes at 3 PM cause they close soon, when the closing time is at 5 PM. You suckers bought the four stars, I swear they can’t be real. Corporate needs to do something about this, cause this is insane. The workers are lazy, and they don’t even try to hide it.
The woman who took our drink order was quite rude and displayed a bad attitude. She informed us, rather disrespectfully, that they don’t accept cash, and appeared upset while doing so. She even suggested that Starbucks should put up a sign stating "CASH NOT ACCEPTED, CARD ONLY."

Waited 15 minutes in the front of the cashier just to get not get service LEAVE with no drink. Do not come here they do not care about their time management. Management needs to do better.
