I placed order and I went to the store to get my drink. And I also purchased a cup in the store. I bought the cup to the register waiting to pay for it. I understood they were busy. I stood there for several minutes and no one talked to me. Later a girl said if you want to buy drink . place the order through the app. I told her I just pay for the cup. She said ok then she talked to another girl with low voice. I’m sure she must talk about me. She said scan it. I felt her attitude. I scan the cup by myself. She just leave me stand there and didn’t tell me what to do. I asked her what should I do next. She asked do you pay with card. I said yes. Finally she came to help me to pay for it. I ask...
Worst Starbucks you can ever go to in they Hayward area. The person working the drive thru is absolutely terrible. Instead of reprimanding the car in front us for cutting the car line (which we waited 15 minutes in) they apologized to them after we honked at them for cutting the line. Then when it was finally our turn the drive thru person decided to lecture us a PAYING CUSTOMER for the honking while giving us terrible attitude as she was taking our order. I will never be coming back since they apparently are ok with people cutting the line. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks.
The WORST STARBUCKS LOCATION IN BAY AREA! The employees are even WORST ! They are rude I do not know how they running this place, they literally mess up on a simple order they never replace it for anything, the middle eastern employee they have has no respect and always messing orders up has no kind customer service she needs to fired and all the new employees they all gonna make this place shut down only one that actually get my order right there it’s the white manager, they need to pay attention when they get training because none of them are trained right
I asked for light ice on my iced VENTI matcha latte and I got 75% ice. This was through the drive thru, it makes me mad because this isn’t the first time this store does the same thing almost every time I go. I’ll attach a photo of the drink after I finished it and found it full of ice. I’m not paying $5 something for ICE, especially after I told them LIGHT ICE.Edit: the picture was taken a little bit after it sat on my counter, which is why it looks like 50% ice, u can tell at the bottom it’s melted down.

This is the worst Starbucks in Hayward. The service is incredibly unprofessional and very slow. The manager really needs to be replaced. The windows at the drive-thru are quite dirty. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Consistently dependable coffee to take on the go. What I appreciate most about this place is their speed. I can swiftly grab a cup of coffee while heading to work.
This is the only Starbucks in the area that always has the ingredients to complete my order. The others are always out of something I want or like.?
