They made my order wrong. They said they were going to make a new one. They removed the ice and added a lot of milk. It wasn't what I ordered. I asked if they could make a new one because the one they brought out had a lot of milk and wasn't what I ordered. So then they made a completely different drink. They even put mint flakes on my drink. I guess I struck a nerve, so they added mint.
I was charged for a splash of milk, as the staff informed me that they have to impose a charge for any amount. Interestingly, if you order through the mobile app at this location and select a splash of milk, there’s no charge at all. It would be great if the staff could be trained on this inconsistency.
Was walking by and saw Starbucks here at hospital. Looks like under new management/ownership. Staff was polite and friendly. Got a couple of snack items. Teo Coffee Cakes and one chocolate chip cookie. Snacks were warm and delicious.
I'm not sure if they had a new staff, but the caramel Frappuccino was very bland and lacked any flavor. It also took a long time to receive my order. Book a table now
Just opened again. Can someone make a good medicine ball tea please ? Will do another review once the recipe is right. Lol
Anthony was fantastic! He really came to the rescue for me. He went above and beyond, and it truly brightened my day.
Hospital prices. $0.50 for venti water. 97 degrees out so I guess it's worth it.
