However, my experience at a different Starbucks today was quite disappointing. When I walked in, I noticed the cashier, Alex, didn't mention the promotion to the customer ahead of me. After taking my order, she asked if I wanted to use any of my rewards or coupons. I said no, assuming she would automatically let me know about the ongoing promotion. To my surprise, she didn’t mention it at all!
Curious, I asked what time the 50% discount ended. She replied that it was available until closing time. DONT GO HERE!! They suck! I ordered a medicine ball, it was so hot the cup was literally softening. No double cup!! Who does that. Then it was basically water, tasteless. No love at all.Rude guy at the window, and the long haired girl that gave me my drink was worse, probably cause drink was burning her hand lol Just spend extra 5 minutes going to another Starbucks.
This Starbucks always gave me so much ice. I gave them a 2nd chance and told the service to make sure they'd give me light ice, but they still gave me a lot of ice at the end. Having the size of the venti becomes like drinking the size of grande only. Feel like getting ripped off tho!! Anyway... I won't come here anymore.
This location is literally 2 mintues from my home but I usually avoid it. Almost everytime I order an extra shot for my drinks I never get it that's an extra $1 I spend and don't get what I paid for...I guess I need to start checking before I pay leave

I can't believe I paid nearly six dollars for a drink that arrived half-empty. That's just ridiculous. While the staff provided good service, the quality of the drinks at this location is extremely disappointing.
I don't know how much you have to spend to be able to qualify for a bag. Blows my mind. How am I supposed to transport 6 drinks? I couldn't buy or get a bag. Drinks were fine.
The service here is excellent, and the place is nice and clean with plenty of parking available. They prepare fantastic drinks, and the staff is very friendly. Thank you all!
Nice location with good service but no drivethru. Speedy as well, you can catch the freeway with ease after getting a nice drink.

The cold refreshments are amazing to cool off to on a hot summer day. Great tasting, taste amazing.
