Unfortunately I have a bad experience every time I come to this Starbucks. I am a doordash delivery driver, so I am here often and almost every single time I come in I cannot get an employees attention. There's drinks just stacked up on the counter that seemingly belong to no one. I find it strange that there are so many people standing at the counter waiting for their drink and not a single one that's on the counter belongs to them??I just canceled a pick up there because I could not get an employee's attention to find out if the unmarked drink I was picking up was mine. All I needed was for it to be marked and bagged so I could go on with my delivery. While I was there, a little girl knock...
I go by this store pretty regularly since it's by where I work. Staff is always friendly and courteous. The store is also very nice on the inside. The environment is very comfortable and I enjoy sitting inside and outside. The drinks and food items are exactly what you would hope for from the franchise. The only bad thing you could say is sometimes they are super busy and it's hard to get through line, but that's not really their fault. That's pretty standard during the morning rush at any store.
Literally. This is my home Starbucks and they amaze me and totally make my day. Cole, Theodora, Maggie, Tim and the rest of the prospect plaza crew always are helpful, kind, happy to see you and always giving wonderful suggestions when I want to switch up my coffee order. Unfortunately I don’t always get to stop by my home Starbucks do to where I work but when I do, I am so happy I did! ?
Many Prospect residents have been without power in the last several hours and inside this location the baristas are hard at work and through all of the several orders they have been nothing but pleasant, thoughtful and kind! Blessings to them for being a bright spot in my day and others!!

This Starbucks is one of the best in the country! I go at least twice a day and they are always on their A game! Everyone who works here is very professional, hard working, and super friendly!! Gets my day started off on the right foot!!!
My order wasn’t ready until 13 minutes after the expected timeframe on the app. Sadly, this is normal for this location. I’m not sure why ALL the other locations seem to run fine except this one.
Absolutely every member of this team seems genuinely committed to the customer experience. Everyone is extremely nice and I’ve never had a bad experience in the store.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced do not got to this Starbucks the man I talked to was extremely unpleasant and will never return again !

I love their coffee here but they are not so happy if you order cofee only ! This is more of a manager review. Kids are kind and friendly though.
I love the ham and cheese croissant! Frappuccino is great as well!! Good people, good service.
