I had a letdown during my visit to this Starbucks. I was first overcharged, and then I received a lukewarm hot drink. When I mentioned it, the staff appeared irritated and ended up making it cold again. I inquired whether my drink was decaf, and they confirmed it wasn't. Ultimately, they had to remake my drink for the third time. I won't be coming back to this location. Date of visit: June 24 at 2:20 pm. Service: Dine-in. Price per person: $1–10. Service rating: 1. This Starbucks is consistently busy, but unfortunately, there's often just one person using the Mastrena machine. Utilizing both machines would enhance efficiency and help reduce the lengthy 15-minute wait times. The staff is fantastic, but management needs to improve their approach during peak hours.
