This coffee shop stays open until 11:30 PM, making it an excellent place to unwind and socialize. Personally, I like my coffee stronger and darker when I brew it at home; I grind my beans almost to an espresso level for drip brewing and use a mix of a brown paper filter and a gold mesh basket. While Starbucks meets my needs, I’m always on the lookout for unique independent coffee shops. Sadly, most local places close by 7, 8, or 9 PM, and I often find their coffee lacking in depth and richness.
I truly enjoy the ambiance at this restaurant. The other guests are welcoming, and the staff is generally excellent, though it can depend on who is on duty. However, I must mention that it can get quite chilly! When I inquired about the cold temperature, they informed me that they reached out to the air conditioning installer but have yet to receive a reply. It's disappointing that this peculiar air conditioning problem remains unresolved!
Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, the customer service was exceptional. I was in search of a bottle of sugar-free cinnamon dulce syrup, but they only had the one currently in use. The manager was very apologetic and assured me he would order two more bottles for the next delivery to ensure it would be available on my next visit. He even offered to call other locations to check if they had any extras in stock.
This restaurant is bigger than many others, offering plenty of indoor seating. The friendly servers often change their hair colors, adding a fun surprise as you see what new shade or unique hairstyle they have. The staff was rather unfriendly, and the service was incredibly slow and lacking. The employees appeared to be disengaged and unmotivated in their roles. All in all, it was a highly disappointing experience!
This Starbucks is amazing! The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My drinks are always delicious. Just a heads-up, this location only accepts walk-ins and does not have a drive-thru option.
The service here is quick, and there are great areas for socializing both inside and outside. You can also save time by ordering ahead using the app. If you're dining in, refills are just 50 cents.
I truly admire the baristas at this café, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences with customers. On multiple occasions, my coffee has been taken by others at this place. Book a table now
