I am a person who really loves Starbucks. The reason I go to this store is because it is 'only ' close to work.However, every time I visit this store, I am disappointed. Every time I go to Starbucks, the smiles of the staff make me feel better. The staff at this store, who don 't want to work all the time, are annoyed with my orders, do anything sloppy, and roll their eyes. It embarrasses me standing in front of it.After placing the order, I saw the behavior of the staff, and I wanted to cancel the order.I even ordered iced coffee, which was served in a paper cup. My car 's cup holders were all wet after 15 minutes. I didn 't understand it at all. And this store, not always available on all...
They are taking their lunch break at 6pm with any backup stuffs. Means they are closed when taking lunch break. And there was no sign displayed stating it’s closed or employees are at lunch break. After 15 mins wait. I went to ask safe way employees if there is anyone working here. The lady said they on their lunch break!
Don't have matcha and I made a ten minute detour to come here and wait in line longer to find out. If you don't carry something in stock it shouldn't be on menu. At a Starbucks, this is unacceptable.
Never ever going there again . Rude . Fighting with customers. Don’t know about scan the app for get star. No explain. Better need some education from Starbucks

It’s a bit tired looking…service is slow. I noticed we are allowed our straws back but still not the sugar! Please put the sugar back out for customers to use.
