I recently visited this Starbucks location hoping to enjoy a warm drink and some quiet time before closing. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of one employee. I arrived at 8:28 PM, just two minutes before the posted closing time of 8:30 PM, only to find the door already locked. Despite my attempts to get the employee's attention inside, she ignored me until exactly 8:30 PM, at which point she coldly informed me that the store was closing.
This behavior was not only rude and dismissive but also showed a lack of empathy for customers who may arrive shortly before closing. As someone who values great customer service, I was very disappointed by this encounter...
I had an unpleasant experience this morning with one of the staff members. I felt rushed while trying to place my order and didn’t get a chance to customize my milk options, which meant I ended up not drinking my drink at all. There weren’t many customers, and she wasn’t the only employee on duty, so I’m not sure what was causing her stress. I’d rather drive a bit farther for a better Starbucks experience.
This is a Starbucks but you can feel the location deals with a lot of challenges. There are a lot of homeless transients hanging outside. No public restrooms . Remember to lock your car. They will get into it if you leave it unlocked. The coffee was still great but the experience was disappointing.
I waited 30 minutes just for a mocha frappe. Where's the manager? The staff is way too chatty, especially the woman with braids—she should focus on her work instead of what’s going on at home.

Very little seating. Not very clean. Service was fine. Area has a lot of Riff Raff.
