If you've been to Starbucks, you know what to expect. The service is always timely and polite, and I never had a problem with them that screw up my order. The problem is that it's Starbuck's coffee, that is, it's a little overpriced, the roasts are burned, and it's usually not as good or as interesting as what some local breweries can do in the area. Besides, I always feel like I'm supporting the bad business owners when I go here. Nevertheless, it is a convenient caffeine mix when you are in a hurry.
