The staff is friendly and always willing to answer any questions you might have. Yesterday, I ordered an Iced Tall Breve Caramel Macchiato with extra whipped cream, and they executed my request perfectly. I was thrilled with the generous amount of whipped cream and the caramel drizzle on top. Sometimes, when I ask for extra whipped cream, the baristas forget to add the caramel sauce, but that wasn't the case here. I love enjoying whipped cream with caramel sauce—it's so delicious!
3rd time ordering using the app and my order has not been ready when I arrive. This last time, I was given the wrong item. My actual order sat so long it was cold. SOME of the staff does not seem very welcoming, and will basically just ignore you. While1 lady greats with a smile and a Hello . I 'm sorry she has to be apart of this one star review.
We had a minor hiccup with our order at Starbucks, but the staff resolved it right away. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was friendly. Plus, I enjoyed the best London Fog I've had in a long time from their menu!

i came for many times they don?t have cheese danish. and they mocha coffee is different from day to day
